Electromechanical Design

• Design of rotary or linear moton control and drives
  Defines the motion control requirements for speed, torque, force and power
  Defines the design for meeting the drive requirements
  Designs any needed custom circuit boards

• Selection of commercial electromecanical components
  Determines the available vendor components that meet the drive requirements
  Provides the vendor liaison and purchases to obtain and incorporate the vendor components into the drive design

• Integration of electromechanical components
  Determines the custom interfaces needed to integrate the drive designs into the mechanical, electrical and software designs
  Provides the custom designs and integrates the designs into the product or equipment

• Prototype Build and Testing
  Builds the prototype drive designs and performs the prototype testing to evaluate the drive designs
  Documents the drive design changes and redesigns the drives as needed
